A perfect example of a classic Pauillac. As it is the second wine from Grand Puy Lacoste, the grapes come from this estate. It is part of the estate's philosophy to give each wine the signature of the château, despite vintage fluctuations. Amazing concentration, incredible intensity of fruit, plenty of glycerine, a full body with lots of depth, grainy tannins and the potential for long ageing characterize this wine. The wine was matured in barriques.
