The 2016 Les Pagodes de Cos has an intense bouquet with aromas of blackberries, blueberries, cedar and graphite, very much in the style of Pauillac. The medium-bodied palate is fresh and powerful, if not deep, with fine tannins and a gentle grip. This Les Pagodes is symmetrical and longer than other vintages, with a hint of graphite and black pepper on the finish.
