2016 Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain, made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, has a deep garnet-purple color and enticing notes of licorice, chocolate and mint over a core of crushed black currant, blackberry and cherry, as well as hints of rose and fertile loam. Full-bodied, firm and very mineral in the mouth, it has a solid structure of grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing on a lingering earthy note. 825 cases produced.
