2017 Canon

The 2017 Canon has a deep garnet-purple color and exudes expressive aromas of baked black cherries, plum jam and black raspberries in the glass, as well as hints of red roses, Ceylon tea, black olives and fertile loam. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, wonderfully elegant and refined, with a soft, fine-grained texture and a seamless freshness that finishes long and minerally. The blend consists of 77% Merlot and 23% Cabernet Franc and was aged for 18 months in French oak, 50% of which was new.
