The Brunello from Tenuta di Sesta is certainly one of the more tradition-conscious, authentic Brunellos. The deliberate omission of barriques allows the fruit to come to the fore, with no extraneous aromas disturbing the delicate nose of sour cherries, elderberries and ripe plums.
