A tiny Castillon vineyard of Jacques Thienpoint (Le Pin and VCC), located in continuation of L'If, so not very far from Troplong Mondot or behind Tertre de La Mouleyre. Ancient vines, always organic, limestone with clay, best terroir. Cabernet Franc sets the standard here. A competitor of Clos Louie and Domaine de L'A. A truly terrific entry Jacques into Castillon. Spicy, intense, fruity and fine at the same time.
