Faiveley's Nuits Saint Georges is one of the most elegant we know. The 1er Cru almost reaches Grand Cru level, though the wine always comes across as rather lean and taut. Certainly not a flatterer, but a highly elegant Pinot Noir that is just incredibly fun to drink.
