2019 Riesling Loess

The "loess soil", which is very typical of the lower Middle Rhine region, gives this dry Riesling its name. A weathered soil of volcanic origin, which is very light and airy to sandy, complements the deeper layers of loam in Langenlonsheim perfectly, which store enough water for the vines. This Riesling is bursting with fruit and has a balanced taste between sweetness and acidity. A wonderfully harmonious Riesling that is ideal for convivial gatherings but is also recommended with light cuisine and white meat and fish.
