The 2019 Karthäuserhof Riesling Kabinett trocken Schieferkristall shows a clear and aromatic bouquet of apricot flavors with a delicate slate and herbal note. Enormously juicy and zesty on the crystalline palate, this is a very attractive dry Ruwer Riesling with grip and stimulating acidity on the long finish.
