2020 Gewürztraminer Stallion GC

Bright yellow/pale gold color. This wine shows intense aromas of ripe white fruits (peach, pears...) and spicy notes. It is impossible to guess the power of this wine, so complex and delicate is its nose, probably the result of a very healthy vintage (no noble rot). This stallion tastes soft and unctuous at first, enveloping the palate with a velvety texture until it reveals its tremendous intensity. The numbers have classified this wine as sweet, but in reality it hardly tastes dry. The impression it leaves on the palate is one of harmony and length. What a wine, and despite its power, it goes well with many dishes!
