2020 Pinot Noir Grand Cru Furstentum

The Pinot Noir Gran Cru is one of Domaine Weinbach's flagship wines. The winery was founded in 1612 around Kayserberg in the rock garden of the former Capuchin monastery. Just like this wine, the wines of Domaine Weinbach are characterized by a characterful elegance and their elegant, cult status. On the nose, it displays the typical aromas of its region and exudes delicate aromas of redcurrants, rose water and, in particular, lemon zest. On the palate, it has a silky, pleasant texture and is happy to showcase its great complexity. Wonderfully earthy aromas of peat moss, leather and lemon zest can also be discovered. These aromas harmonize perfectly with the fruity side of the wine, making it a true experience.
