Is it a coincidence that three wines from very famous Palatinate vineyards are at the top? So here is the Rings brothers' Saumagen, which is still restrained but has great potential. Its aroma presents a very beautiful expression of the enormously chalky site - including the typical aromatic restraint of young chalk Rieslings. Soft aspects of gypsum stand alongside ripe apple and a hint of fresh yeast dough. In the mouth, the lime-typical, still piquant acidity is noticeable with a rather slender body - a matter of time before it fans out. Exemplary terroir wine, juicy acidity finish, future! A strong collection from Andreas Rings, confirming the upward trend of recent years!

In addition to the excellent estate wines, the Rings winery offers great Pinot Noirs. The red wines "Das Kreuz" and "Das kleine Kreuz" have become particularly well known and should definitely be tried at least once.
