2021 Classique Blanc

La Clape is the only area in France where Bourboulenc grape plays a more significant role. The Favre family has rediscovered this spicy, structured variety, it gives fullness and aromatics to the "Blanc". Married with the other typical grape varieties of the French south, it makes a wonderful food companion, especially with slightly more iodine-rich seafood, such as fresh oysters, mussels or flatfish.
