It happens time and again that two (or more) winemakers who are friends make a wine together. This is also the case here, where the long acquaintance of Markus Schneider and Thomas Hensel has had a fruitful effect on the concept of one or two joint wines. The Hensel & Gretel cuvée impresses with its (positively meant) easy drinking, the acidity restrained, the fruit wonderfully present. This is how uncomplicated white wine is simply fun.
