Erdener Prälat is Andreas Schmitges' flagship wine. Grown on heat-retaining slate soils on extremely steep slopes, this wine displays all the facets of a first-class Riesling. Great, intense fruit, peach and hay flowers, racy acidity, wonderfully dense and yet elegant.
