2022 Tradition Pabiro Blanc Côtes de Thongue IGP

Rich, elegant and opulent with lush aromas of ripe apricot, sweet apple, honey and soft roasted notes of hazelnut and vanilla. Wide and creamy on the palate with a stately body and mineral freshness. The finish is long.

The Tradition line: traditional cuvées from the south of FrancePrat Bibal, Pabiro, Redon, Combelles and Sabatier are excellent cuvées of traditional grape varieties from the vineyards of the same name. Each cuvée is a sophisticated symbiosis of different grape variety characters. Together they make a splendidly elegant wine for big and small moments. The label is adorned with a drawing of Frisette, the domaine's first sheep, who has already explored each of the vineyards on her regular adventurous outings. Discover the secret of these vineyards and the wine treasures that lie dormant there. Then approx. 3 months in large wooden barrels.
