Our Blanc de Blancs Brut is a creamy and elegant sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is traditionally fermented in the bottle. In the glass, it presents a delicate yellow color. The aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits, notes of bread crust, yeast and herbs. Mineral hints make the harmonious body complex. Aging: 6 months aging in stainless steel and French tonneau.
