The basic Pinot Noir shows itself in the form of a fine, ruby red, typical Pinot Noir color. On the nose, one finds a complexity of berry fruit complemented by a spicy, sweet aroma. In addition to flavors of blackberry, dry plum and a hint of strawberry, there are complementary light peppery notes, as well as a dark chocolate melt. A light tannic structure, as well as the voluminous body of the wine find expression on the palate.
