Light pink with a slight haze of yeast, strawberry-raspberry-cherry cocktail on the nose, delicately spicy brandy nuances from the yeast. Extremely light, refreshing, delicately sparkling and invigorating on the palate. It comes very close to a bottle-fermented sparkling wine, but is a little more original and tomboyish.

In the Pétillant Naturel method, must that has not yet finished fermenting is filled into bottles with the remaining sugar and sealed pressure-tight. Further fermentation produces carbon dioxide and the yeast remains in the bottle, which is why the finished sparkling wine is slightly cloudy with fine bubbles but no sulphur or residual sugar.
