Helles Gelbgrün, Silberreflexe. Feine gelbe Tropenfruchtnuancen, zart nach Ananas, Apfel und Mango, mit zarten Wiesenkräutern unterlegt, facettenreiches Bukett. Komplex, extraktsüß, weiße Fruchtnuancen, finessenreiche Säurestruktur, zitronig-salzig im Abgang, sehr gute Länge, würziger Nachhall. Großes Lagerpotential.
Speiseempfehlung: Vielfältiger Speisenbegleiter zu hellem Fisch und Meerestieren, sowie allen nicht zu deftigen Speisen. Aber auch als Aperitif und Gesellschaftswein bestens geeignet.

We work consistently to exploit the potential of the great vineyards, which are among the most important in the Krems Valley. For it is there, in the terroir of the vineyards, that the strength of the Zöhrer winery lies. Most of the vines were planted by the grandfather and father 40 to 100 or more years ago. The focus is on the varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. The wines have an unmistakable profile, are characterized by their origin and enjoy international appreciation.
