2021 Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso 1,5 L HoKi

This authentic Valpolicella Ripasso is grown north of Verona and east of Lake Garda in the Valpolicella wine-growing region. In the Ripasso technique, the Amarone marc and raisined grapes are added to the finished red wine for the second fermentation. As a result, the wine has a much stronger and more powerful aroma than other wines. Semi-dry, it is a real treat for everyone's palate.

Grape variety: 65% Corvina, 20% Rondin, 10% Negrara, 5% Corvinoi

Ageing: 12 months in barriques, 8-12 months in the bottle
Taste: semi-dry
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
